HOW DO I KNOW IF A PIECE OF CLOTHING, A PAIR OF SHOES OR SOME LINGERIE IS ENOUGH FOR ME?
In the product description, there is a “Size Guide” which you can refer to ensure that the measurements correspond to you. However, please note that there may be errors of 2 to 3 cm in the original sizes of the product. So it’s best to take a size larger than the one that fits you.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
- Jewellery must be changed constantly, and you should avoid wearing the same piece of jewellery for a long time, especially in hot summers. The jewellery’s coating is easily corroded by prolonged contact with sweat, so it’s best to prepare several pieces of jewellery to be changed frequently.
- Jewellery can easily be damaged when exposed to chemicals. The aroma of the bath, chlorine in the pool while swimming, salt in seawater, etc. will cause corrosion marks on the jewellery coating, so all jewellery should be removed before bathing or swimming.
- Collision can easily create scratches, storage should be done with care, do not overlap the jewellery, it should be stored in the original packaging bag or placed in a jewellery box with a small divider grid, to avoid rubbing each other and the surface.
- Clean the jewellery from time to time and use a fine bristle brush to wipe the surface of the jewellery to remove surface stains.
- Apply a coat of clear nail varnish to the metal surface, which will prevent the accessories from coming into contact with the air, allowing them to be worn for longer.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 2-3 weeks to deliver it to you.
DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCT TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking information. If the tracking information is not yet available, don’t worry, some shipping companies take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
SOME PRODUCTS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains products from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
