Refund and Returns Policy

The following conditions apply to all products purchased from us.

Your right to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days

The period for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you receive the product or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision via our contact page.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will give you a credit voucher as a refund for the value of your purchase.

Return conditions

For goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were received within the last 14 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.
  • Goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. (Please try on swimwear or clothing over underwear for hygiene reasons).
  • Do not remove the protective film from the goods delivered.
  • A copy of the proof of purchase.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or when the expiry date has passed.
  • Goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which, after delivery, depending on their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles or goods.
  • Goods that have been monogrammed, personalized or damaged by normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only products at the regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, promotional products cannot be refunded.

Product return

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. You must send the product to the address given to you during the returns procedure.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost products during the return process. We therefore recommend a safe and traceable delivery service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

Gifts

If the products were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift credit will be sent to you by email.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver has had the order shipped to you to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
